The house is conveniently located on Broadway, halfway down on the "bay" block .
Four bedrooms, 2 baths, outdoor shower, 2 story house. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. The first floor is very open and has a large spacious feel. Photos of the house will be available soon.
The first floor has a large living room, a play area on the side, and a full bath with a shower.
We have satellite TV and a VCR (important on rainy days).
There is a large deck off the living area at the back of the house, which easily extends the living area.
There is an enclosed outdoor shower and washer/dryer off the back deck, as well as a gas barbeque grill.
There are beach chairs for the house.
There is netting on all decks to prevent toys, and kids, from falling off. Both decks are on the first floor, about 3 feet off the ground.
There are picnic tables on both the front and back decks as well as deck chairs.
The kitchen & dining area are on the first floor, to the front of the house.
There is a large deck off the dining and kitchen area on the front of the house, making it very convenient to eat outside on the deck.
There is a well-stocked, "galley" style kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, etc.
The second floor has four bedrooms and a full bath. Each bedroom can easily accommodate 2 - 3 people, with at least 2 twin beds in each room. One room has one queen and one twin bed. The house is stocked with bed linens, towels, pillows, and blankets.

All photos were taken in the winter; there is alot of foliage around the house in the summer.
The house looks very cluttered because all the outside stuff is being stored inside.   The house will be much neater in the summer.
Photos were scanned and are not the best quality.  It's a very comfortable house, and great for us and the kids.
