So what's it gonna cost for all this fun & excitement?
 | We have half shares and quarter shares available. |
| Each quarter share is $2000 for each room. |
| No more than 2 adults per room. There may be 2 adults and 1 child, or 1 adult and 2
children per room maximum. |
| There is a charge of $200 per quarter share for the 3rd person in the room.
In order to avoid over-crowding the house, there is limited availability for 3-person
rooms. This will be available on a first-come first-served basis. |
| The share price includes weekly maid service, utilities, local & NYC phone calls,
and staples for the house. |
| "Staples" includes paper products, lots of condiments (we don't need 10 jars
of mayo in the fridge), spices, cooking essentials (oil, vinegar, flour, pancake mix,
sugar, coffee, tea), as well as cleaning supplies. |
| Each week runs from Friday to Friday, unless otherwise noted, and you are entitled to stay the entire week. |
| Generally, each weekend we split the cost of dinner and wine between whoever is in the
house. Of course, you are always free to do dinner on your own, let your house-mates know
so we can plan & shop accordingly. Shared food items other than staples should be
discussed and agreed upon prior to each weekend by the shareholders |
| Pioneer, the grocery store, and Corliss, the hardware store, will allow you to run an
account. There is no "House" account, we each have our own account and
settle up at the end of the weekend or week. |
| Each rotation is scheduled as a quarter share (one week per month). If you would like a
half-share, you would select two quarter share rotations. |
